Responsibilities
Maintain and distribute announcements and opportunities list for mentees and program staff.
Plan, manage, and communicate monthly activities and outings for mentees and alumni.
Maintain mentee volunteer teams and engage weekly with mentees.
Manage the schedule for monthly lead and weekly teachers for life development workshops.
Actively manage in-kind donation needs list for Brown Bag Lunches and oversee mentee volunteer team.
Manage logistics for weekly produce distribution efforts.
Encourage, support, and grow the volunteer team for maintaining the Hope Chest storefront.
Build and coordinate street outreach teams for various outreach programs.
Assist with planning studies and technical needs for Women of Hope life group.
Maintain a list of contacts for Lunch and Learn Workshops and engage volunteers.
Assist with logistics for community events and maintain event calendar.
Keep detailed records of numbers served for impact reporting and grant applications.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably a degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field)
An understanding that faith is an important element to one’s growth
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible as well as able to work productively with frequent interruptions
Experience volunteer directing or managing
Ability to work well with a diverse group of staff and volunteers
Ability to effectively manage a wide array of tasks, projects, and responsibilities autonomously in addition to being a team player
Demonstrates capability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Experience with women at risk and trauma-informed care
28-32 hours weekly: 8 am-3 pm Monday-Thursday
Willingness to adjust hours to accommodate the needs of the job (occasional evenings and weekends)

Experience facilitating small groups
