Responsibilities
Participates in the development and implementation of an IT Project and Program Management (PMO) framework to strategically manage technology programs and projects as a portfolio.
Provides oversight, expertise, and direction to product squads to standardize project management practices.
Participates in the development and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management framework to enhance strategic communications and information sharing throughout project execution.
Monitors and controls all aspects of projects, providing consistent status reporting to stakeholders regarding project financials, schedule status, risks, issues, and overall project health.
Establishes, governs, and improves consistent processes, tools, and guidelines.
Ensures projects adhere to System Technology standards, driving process improvement projects and technical solutions alignment with Business and IT strategies.
Partners with Enterprise Architect/Data Manager and other People leaders to guide technical solutions and escalate risks and issues.
Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices for product, process, or service improvement.
Leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
Communicates complex concepts, negotiates, and influences decision-making.
Uses analytical thought to identify innovative solutions and impact customer, operational, project, or service objectives.
Promotes quality, resolves conflicts, and manages cross-functional relationships.
Proficient in project tracking and presentation tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, etc.

Required
Minimum 5 years of IT experience OR equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience implementing IT projects.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading projects with responsibility for the full project lifecycle.
Certified Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional preferred.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with emphasis on the ability to clearly communicate program information effectively to various stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish and maintain credibility with all levels of management.
Excellent ability to work with others in order to achieve a common goal, resolve conflicts and manage cross-functional and external relationships.
Proficient in project tracking and presentation tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, etc.
Proven pro-active, self-directed, results-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to meet IT objectives and achieve business goals.
Expertise in building consensus and influencing outcomes among business and technical leaders.
Possesses business process analysis skills and re-engineering experience.
Preferred
Certified Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional.
