Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Technical Anchor to design, engineer, develop, deploy, and support new Azure AD B2C software and platform features.
Support delivery of tactical and strategic IAM solutions to enhance security posture.
Contribute to the development and implementation of IAM strategies and roadmap.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Develop and maintain metric dashboards and monitoring/alerting systems.
Provide day-to-day operations support for requests, incidents, and problems.
Create and maintain technical documentation for team and integrating applications.
Use modern software development Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software.
Automate the deployment and testing of software and platform features using modern software delivery pipelines.
Maintain and update Ford custom policies using the Identity Experience Framework.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in relevant languages that integrate with Azure Graph APIs.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related.
8+ years or more of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, App Services, API Management with:
Demonstrated thorough understanding of IAM principles.
Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to identify and solve problems with a globally dispersed and diverse team.
Demonstrated dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Demonstrated strong verbal, interpersonal, and written skills with the ability to work directly with business owners and application teams for gathering information and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences (e.g., team members, business partners, senior management)
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, challenge the status quo, and manage ambiguity.
5+ years of experience:
Delivering secure, always-on customer identity platform with Microsoft Azure AD B2C
Demonstrated experience with Application Insights and Log Analytics.
Demonstrated experience with federated identity protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect for implementing single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
Demonstrated experience implementing Multi-Factor Authentication.
Demonstrated experience with Web Application Firewalls.
Demonstrated experience with Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
Hands-on experience with KQL and PowerShell.
Demonstrated experience working as a contributing member of a team leveraging Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability as a continuous learner with natural curiosity to remain up to date with IAM capabilities, trends, and best practices, and apply them to improve the platform.
Ability to support 24/7 coverage (rotational on-call support).
Preferred
Experience implementing Conditional Access is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Dynatrace.
Industry recognized certifications a plus (e.g., AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)).
Advanced degree in Information Assurance or related field a plus.
Self-starter, ability to take initiative.
