Responsibilities
Support the network (route/switch) environment for the client in Richmond.
Review and update documentation related to the network design and operation.
Maintain current network hardware and software, as well as support new installations.
Perform hardware and software upgrades, network performance planning, and capacity planning.
Provide procurement support, equipment installation, and configuration management.
Stay current with emerging security trends and communicate security risks and solutions to leadership.
Perform light system administration duties such as monitoring network performance and managing network security policies.
