Responsibilities
Evaluate existing gas valve designs for furnace and water heater systems, and suggest enhancements.
Collect and provide feedback to customers on gas valve requirements, offering pre and post-sales support.
Guide new gas valve development tailored to customer applications and industry insights.
Research gas valve information, industry trends, and new market opportunities in North America, and prepare detailed reports.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing gas valves, possessing a comprehensive understanding of gas valve design, structure, working principles, customer requirements, and market applications.
Demonstrated experience in designing parts that have been successfully mass-produced by major HVAC OEM's in the North American market.
In-depth knowledge of furnace systems, including their construction, working principles, operational modes, applications, failure modes, repair processes, etc.
Familiarity with customers' project approval processes and testing methods.
Proficient understanding of gas valve industry standards and regulations.
Proactive and effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with customers and internal engineering teams.
Ability to provide advice on gas valve manufacturing processes to enhance the company's production capabilities.
Willingness and ability to travel globally as required.
