Responsibilities
Work with project managers to develop sprint plans and execute various sprint ceremonies.
Provide weekly status updates to Program managers and PMs on completed work (Burn down charts, Velocity, Risks and Dependencies)
Effectively communicate using verbal and written communication skills.
Balance multiple priorities and coordinate delivery of capabilities on time.
Effective time management and scheduling to ensure that deadlines are met.

Required
Over 5 years of experience as a Agile Scrum Master with recent Scrum Master certification
Expertise in Agile ceremonies and tailoring those to meet the needs of the initiatives
Working with Jira to provide necessary stakeholder communications reporting
Sprint Planning and Sizing/Estimation expertise with agile Teams
Expertise with Netezza platform
Banking and financial services experience with exposure to systems supporting deposits, commercial loans, mortgages, and trade finance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from the PMs
Proven business and technical stakeholder engagement experience
Experience working with cross functional teams with multiple partners
Good organization and time management skills
Good conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Prior experience leading scrum teams and conducting PI Planning and Sprint Planning
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information system or related discipline
Scrum Master certification- Required
