Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations and internal standards.
Develop and maintain reporting systems to track progress toward production quality objectives and quickly identify manufacturing issues.
Properly document rationale and results of product, firmware, and process improvements.
Develop and maintain systems for consistent classification and reporting of defects and symptoms.
Ensure continuous improvement of support for physical product and firmware issues in the field.
Utilize support and customer service management (CSM) tools for troubleshooting and analysis of lockbox health.
Ensure requirements, processes, tests, and test procedures are developed and documented in a centralized location.
Ensure adherence to quality requirements and processes.
Seek out and complete appropriate training, development, and research to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3 Years Creating Quality Engineering Processes
3 Years Leading Projects
