Responsibilities
Respond to tenant service requests and complete work orders promptly and professionally.
Change ballast, light bulbs, and light tubes as necessary.
Assist Chief Engineer in inspecting common area lighting, sprinkler systems, fire prevention systems, and fire extinguishers regularly.
Be knowledgeable about the operation and maintenance requirements of all equipment.
Provide recommendations to Chief Engineer and Property Manager for necessary repairs and property enhancements.
Assist Chief Engineer and Property Manager with special projects when required.
Exercise good judgment and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with building management, tenants, and vendors.

Required
1-3 years of related experience in office building operations.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Basic computer skills, particularly with Word and Excel.
Projects a professional image by meeting all dress code standards. Uniform to be provided.
Ability to exercise good judgment and professional demeanor interacting with building management, tenants and vendors. Team player attitude.
