Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager in formulating and updating project schedule.
Initiate purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and change orders for review by Project Manager.
Track weekly production quantities for accurate cost reports.
Produce and verify monthly pay requests with owner.
Process all shop drawings, submittals, and coordinate material deliveries with Project Superintendent.
Responsible for and verify all monthly accruals, revenue, and costs.
Schedule the Quality Control Team.
Interact with subcontractors as required.
Responsible for maintenance of the project schedule including materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Schedule and arrange for equipment moves on and off the job.
Define/ optimize the means and methods for the project (with the Project Manager).
Ensure that the administrative and accounting information from the field are reliable.
Participate at the final acceptance of the project (with the Project Manager).
Responsible for maintenance of a safe working environment.
Oversee onsite Construction and Field Engineers.

Required
A college degree in civil engineering or construction management is required, or relevant work experience may be considered.
Proficient PC skills including a proficiency in various software used such as Excel, and SAP.
Familiarity with construction industry practices is required.
Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with project manager and on-site employees.
Strong oral/written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage and supervise engineering on multiple projects.
