Responsibilities
Understand the system platform offerings, business practices, and client initiatives.
Assist the Client Enablement Lead with requirements; develop functional specifications, use cases, process flow diagrams, and product documentation writing.
Take ownership of the UAT process for all initiatives, create test plans, and ensure execution by all stakeholders.
Attend scrum meetings, apply Agile practices to manage and measure the team's overall performance, and look for opportunities to improve agile practices.
Enforce procedures across the squads to improve the overall operations of the team.
Perform knowledge management activities such as documentation of system processes and application feature demonstrations with clients and/or technical teams.

Required
Strong background in agile practices
QA/UAT testing
Technical writing
Ability to understand application workflows, data rules, and business logic
Active engagement across multiple stakeholders in both technology and business teams
Supervisory dashboard subject matter expert for clients and local management
10 years of relevant experience
