Responsibilities
Utilize extensive API management expertise to handle projects within regulatory frameworks.
Develop executable project plans with defined milestones, oversee project status, and manage cross-functional team collaborations, risk mitigation, and documentation improvement.
Drive incident management to ensure high performance and secure APIs, leveraging telemetry for effective resolution.
Foster innovation and continuous improvement of the API platform to enhance functionality and user experience.

Required
Over 5 years of experience in project management for API Platforms, FHIR, and/or regulatory-type projects
Experience in cloud technology and API design
Excellent communication skills, effective across all management levels
Proven ability to collaborate and achieve results through internal and external partnerships
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Quick learner with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
Capable of making independent, sound business decisions to tackle complex challenges
Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and lead cross-functional teams using seasoned judgment and leadership skills

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
