Responsibilities
Release management activities
Support the development and publication of release material including product release materials, installation specifications, testing materials, and operations guidance
Prepare relevant product release materials such as summaries and messages
Design and improve release materials process and framework
Engage with documentation owners and professionals to drive product publications aligned with release cycle
Manage gathering of release materials and documentation scope
Lead planning details for deliverables by category

Required
Experience in working with preparation technical documentation– focused on technology product documentation / content management experience
Project management
Using Microsoft Office product suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and project management tools
Working with Microsoft SharePoint document management system and Microsoft Teams collaboration
Excellent teamwork – including working with multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed organizational structure
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including working in international and multicultural environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives
Sees opportunities for efficiency and drives continuous improvement
Proven ability to work efficiently towards deadline and making robust, balanced and independent decisions on priority
Proven ability to work with large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail
Proven ability to focus on broader context and the ability to plan and adapt for contingencies
