Responsibilities
Maintain continuous dialogue with member companies in the US-Canada to identify their needs and align with Coalition agendas.
Maximize outreach effort to prospective new member companies and integrate them into the positive change agenda.
"Own" the process associated with member engagement and drive coordination within CGF.
Coordinate and manage industry groups in coordination with Coalition colleagues in Europe.
Provide support for Coalitions in the US-Canada as opportunities arise.
Support marketing of events to member companies, especially the Global Summit.
Manage the Customer Relationship Management system, resolve IT problems, and respond to enquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.

Required
Two years or more experience with managing projects and/or project management as a field of work.
Strong interest in issues related to environmental sustainability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent command of MS pack office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently connect with people from a variety of cultures.
Customer-centricity, sense of service, responsiveness and ability to understand member/customer needs.
Team player with an ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Self-starter with proven ability to prioritize goals & objectives and use initiative to resolve problems and find solutions.
Embrace organizational values of collaboration, awareness, responsiveness and engagement.
Desire to make the world a better place by being a catalyst for positive change.
Availability to travel (domestic and international) as needed for work up to 20% of the time, although current travel needs are significantly less.
Current legal ability to work in the US (meaning not dependent on future sponsorship).
