Responsibilities

Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including marketing, design, and vehicle engineering, to develop and launch innovative interior components and systems for the portfolio.
Work interactively, prioritizing the overall vehicle success above individual systems.
Engage with interior trim suppliers to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery of interior components and systems.
Utilize and develop innovative tools and approaches to support the development and engineering release process.
Package, engineer, release, and launch interior components and systems, ensuring they meet high standards.

Required

Demonstrated experience as a detail-oriented development lead for interior components and systems (IP, door trims, consoles, headliners, etc.)
Knowledge of automotive interior industry benchmarks, trends, and supplier competencies
Ability to create, improve, and establish technical product specifications and timelines to accelerate the development cycle towards SOP
Proficiency in using CAD software (preferably CATIA V5/V6) to create 2D/3D concept drawings, packaging layouts, and DFM studies
Vehicle and product launch experience, with the flexibility to adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced startup environment
