Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's applications, their structure, and user interactions.

Provide support and guidance to junior technical team members, assisting with system building, deployment, configuration, and support.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to define plans for standardizing, scaling, and enhancing systems and services for software deployment and release.

Deliver high-quality services, products, and support on time and within budget, aligned with organizational values and mission.

Keep leadership informed about the status of all objectives, including any problems, concerns, and strategies for resolution.

Build and maintain trusting, ethical, and influential relationships within the organization.

Exhibit strong planning and organizational skills individually and within the business technology group.

Actively participate and contribute in corporate meetings, staying informed about market and industry trends related to emerging technologies.

Participate in special projects and handle other assigned duties as required.

Required

Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in revenue growth management systems (trade spend), financial analysis, or accounting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience in food manufacturing, food service management, or CPG.

Familiarity with trend reports and analysis.

Industry Knowledge: Strong preference for candidates with experience in Food Manufacturing, Food Service, or CPG industries

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Visio (or other flowchart tools), Jira, Microsoft products, and Teams. Ability to create and understand process flow diagrams.
