Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.

Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders including legal professionals, software developers, UX/UI designers, and marketing teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development.

Agile Product Management: Utilize Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to manage the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and facilitate sprint planning sessions.

User Experience (UX) Optimization: Champion user-centric design principles and conduct user research to understand needs, preferences, and pain points of legal professionals.

Feature Development: Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and gathering feedback for iterative improvements.

Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends and legal technology advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Documentation and Training: Create product documentation, release notes, and training materials for internal teams and end-users. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in eDiscovery.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the software industry, with a track record of successfully managing software product development lifecycle.

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience Azure DevOps.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable development plans.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Passion for legal technology and a strong desire to innovate and drive continuous improvement in legal software solutions.
