Responsibilities

Plans, manages, and writes content for social media outlets

Coordinates and assists with marketing events (trade shows, webinars, etc.) – managing timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, and budgets.

Assists with the implementation of marketing and sales collateral, promotional and advertising campaigns, coordinating requests from sales as needed.

Amplifies voices of target customers and audiences in brand advocacy – conducting research, surveys, & interviews to present findings

Organizes and maintains libraries of internal and external marketing literature and collateral

Collaborates with sales, product, operations, and customer service teams to communicate through marketing channels effectively in reaching target customers.
