Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation effort for the core Health&Wellness Android application

Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers focused on building mobile solutions

Be technical partner to engineering managers and key stakeholders, collaborate with cross-region engineering teams

Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices

Mentor engineers on the team

Drive and promote a culture of Technical Excellence

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area

6 years' experience in software engineering or related area

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area

Background in creating inclusive digital experiences

Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies

Knowledge of accessibility best practices

Experience in integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
