Responsibilities
Develop and maintain expert knowledge regarding products, services, capabilities, marketplace, competition, and strategic positioning.
Lead planning, implementation, and execution of business strategy and product portfolio management.
Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners for feedback and improvements.
Serve as the external face of solutions/services and maintain a published roadmap.
Provide guidance within the product portfolio and support product design and development initiatives.
Lead design and strategy for current and future products, including pricing and distribution.
Define key business objectives for the Engineering team and support Engineering in development.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
Fulfill responsibilities provided by the company for operational and financial success.

Required
Minimum twelve (12) years of experience with demonstrable accomplishments in strategic product management, business strategy, financial/business modeling and analysis, business plan development, market/industry research, and competitive analysis.
Minimum seven (7) years of management responsibility.
Proven track record in building new products and introducing them to market.
Ability to manage costs and expenses within a budget as well as ensure projects as assigned are managed to budget, scope, and timeline.
Demonstrated experience with customer feedback tools and quantitative analysis.
Ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent and expertise.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
Preferred
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s, MS, or PhD degree in related fields highly desired.
