Responsibilities
Develop and implement OMS strategies that align with the overall business goals.
Collaborate with senior management to define the OMS roadmap and priorities.
Lead end-to-end OMS transformation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Manage the migration from legacy systems to new OMS platforms like IBM Sterling or similar.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the OMS development and support teams.
Ensure best practices in OMS design, development, and deployment are followed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless integration and operation of the OMS.
Act as the primary point of contact for all OMS-related inquiries and issues.
Monitor OMS performance and implement improvements to optimize order processing efficiency.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure system integrity and compliance.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of OMS processes, configurations, and changes.

Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the retail domain with a focus on order management systems.
Proven experience in OMS transformation projects, preferably with IBM Sterling or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of retail order fulfillment processes and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in OMS platforms, specifically IBM Sterling or similar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
