Responsibilities
Participate in the development and implementation of an IT Project and Program Management (PMO) framework to strategically manage technology programs and projects as a portfolio.
Provide oversight, expertise, and direction to product squads to standardize project management practices.
Participate in the development and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management framework to enhance strategic communications and information sharing.
Monitor and control all aspects of projects, providing consistent status reporting to stakeholders.
Establish, govern, and improve consistent processes, tools, and guidelines.
Ensure projects adhere to System Technology standards and drive process improvement projects.
Partner with Enterprise Architect/Data Manager and other leaders to guide technical solutions in alignment with Business and IT strategies.
Establish relationships with product squads to escalate risks, issues, and drive decision-making.
Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices for improvement.
Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
Use analytical thought to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
Communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt different viewpoints.

Required
Minimum 5 years of IT experience OR equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience implementing IT projects.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading projects with responsibility for the full project lifecycle.
Certified Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional preferred.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with emphasis on the ability to clearly communicate program information effectively to various stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish and maintain credibility with all levels of management.
Excellent ability to work with others in order to achieve a common goal, resolve conflicts and manage cross-functional and external relationships.
Proficient in project tracking and presentation tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, etc.
Proven pro-active, self-directed, results-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to meet IT objectives and achieve business goals.
Expertise in building consensus and influencing outcomes among business and technical leaders.
Possesses business process analysis skills and re-engineering experience.
Preferred
Certified Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional.
