Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to solve business challenges through best practice solutions.
Lead complex business and systems analysis work to provide forward-thinking technical solutions.
Understand business processes agnostic of specific systems and document outcomes.
Exemplify agile principles, encourage best practices, and assist in agile methodologies.
Participate in requirement sessions, identify business needs, and challenge conflicting requirements.
Execute design and system configuration within NetSuite and other financial systems.
Prepare and review documentation for current processes, pain points, and assumptions.
Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
Assist in the ongoing administration and support of NetSuite and other finance systems.
Participate in system upgrade activities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related area.
IT Business Analyst background.
4+ years of relevant experience with the NetSuite platform.
Experience in multi-system application integration (ie Salesforce, Anaplan, ADP, HRIS, etc.).
Understanding of key financial business processes (Procure to Pay, Order Mgmt, Record-to-report (RTR), multicurrency, intercompany, etc.)
Experience with iterative or Agile project and sprint methodologies and tools.
Understanding of software development lifecycle.
Experience implementing NetSuite
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Has the drive and initiative to handle multiple deadlines continuously implementing changes
Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Experience using SQL based relational databases
Preferred
NetSuite ERP certifications and/or CPA
Experience working with systems that handle sensitive data and with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and change management processes.
Experience working with multiple implementations or enhancements within NetSuite
Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services along with standard API integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Boomi).
