Responsibilities
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Act as a receptionist, greeting clients and scheduling appointments
Utilize computer literacy to manage documents and correspondence
Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and messages
Assist in event planning and coordination
Maintain organizational systems to streamline office procedures
Handle order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or prospects
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Required
Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
Familiarity with financial office procedures is a plus

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Prior experience in customer support roles is beneficial
