Responsibilities

Meeting minutes, travel bookings, coordination with team, distributing submittals, contractor coordination, full support to PM and team
Maintaining and tracking databases, preparing reports, budgets, and financials
Occasionally assist the sales team with various tasks regarding project acquisition tasks/documents and department enrichment activities

Required

High school diploma, or equivalent
Demonstrated practical experience with administrative duties
Must be able to work independently within prescribed limits with minimal supervision
Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams & SharePoint
Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be local to Tempe, AZ, or surrounding area, and able to work in the office 5 days per week

Preferred

Candidates with admin experience within an infrastructure/construction/engineering type project environment are preferred
Proficiency in English both written and verbal
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Great attention to detail and technical editing skills
A natural ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Must work well under pressure with quick assignment turnarounds
Must be willing and able to support more than one manager within the same department at the same time
