Responsibilities

Defining and executing a scalable field marketing program with clear objectives, priorities, measurement, and deliverables

Training, equipping, and leading part-time Associates across multiple cities

Planning and executing local programs, campaigns, and events to support customer acquisition initiatives

Collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create, optimize, and measure field marketing tactics

Presenting field marketing strategies and plans to partner teams and senior leaders

Communicating and engaging with local residents and businesses while developing and managing relationships with key decisions makers

Identify and set up mechanisms for gathering market and customer data and insights to inform acquisition-marketing strategies

Delivering detailed reporting and metrics on activity results, tactic effectiveness, and ROI, using data to make real-time adjustments and proactively identify trends and opportunities
