Responsibilities

Support the team in planning and processing hardware and software requests

Process employee laptop and returns requests, including configurations, testing, refurbishing, and QA

Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing artwork and the internal website

Provide data analysis, daily status reports, and troubleshoot basic issues

Manage and schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and send them to management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current operational processes and identify optimization opportunities

Review, audit, and update processes and knowledge-based instructions for efficiency

Identify areas for process improvement and cost savings, and enhance efficiency and productivity

Create and maintain a KPI framework, including ongoing measurement graphs and slides

Assist the team with various projects as needed

Required

BA/BS degree

Excellent computer and technical skills; quick to learn new tools applicable to the role

Knowledge of Windows and MacBook Imaging

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to lift, drive M&D vehicles, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrate critical thinking and process improvement skills

Exhibits strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through

Operational Analyst is an essential role and will report to our Redwood, CA office daily

Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals

Sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of time

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components

Preferred

Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
