Responsibilities
Manage all calendar and scheduling needs for the team of executives, including arranging events and conferences
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights and ground transportation, and create itineraries
Manage inbox, incoming/outgoing mail, and phone calls
Draft correspondence and compose emails; ability to respond to correspondence with utmost discretion
Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner and to develop professional working relationships
Meeting and presentation preparation as required
Maintain efficient filing system for documentation and upkeep client database
Greet clients and arrange conference rooms for meetings, provide additional assistance with projects around the office for smooth day-to-day operations
Prepare and submit expenses

Required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience administrative experience out of financial services or investment environments
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and organization skills in a global, fast-paced financial services environment
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with the ability to learn new software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proactive self-starter able to work with multiple competing deadlines
Ability to work well with others and form good relationships with the team
