Responsibilities
Perform and document analytical assays as per SOPs: dPCR, qPCR, transduction, ELISA, flow cytometry, blood processing
Perform data analysis, maintain electronic lab notebook, generate reports, present data to senior colleagues
Maintain cell culture
Assist in analytical assay development and qualification
Manage orders for the team ensuring the laboratories are well-stocked and resourced
Perform routine laboratory equipment maintenance
Maintain a safe BSL-2+ laboratory environment

Required
BS or MS with 1-2+ years of relevant experience
Must be skilled in basic molecular biology techniques
Excellent pipetting skills
Attention to detail
Ability to perform independently and as part of a team
