Field and Channel Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing events like tradeshows and workshops.
Collaborate with channel partners for joint marketing events and partner summits.
Develop go-to-market strategies with partners for joint marketing and sales efforts.
Implement lead generation programs for direct and channel sales channels.
Manage tradeshows logistics, booth design, and post-event follow-up.
Create and maintain channel marketing collateral like sales enablement tools.
Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of field and channel marketing initiatives.
Manage the field and channel marketing budget effectively.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and partner teams for alignment.
Develop marketing strategies promoting cybersecurity features within products/services.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; MBA preferred
3+ years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity industry or B2B technology sector
Proven track record of planning and executing successful field marketing events, channel initiatives, and partner go-to-market programs that drive demand generation and revenue growth
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and experience working with channel partners to drive joint marketing and sales efforts
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing
Preferred
Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable
