Responsibilities
Responsible for providing ITSM support to the business and customers
Complete back-end support, troubleshooting, system integrations, upgrades, administration, and maintenance of the internal ITSM tool with a focus on user experience and productivity
Work directly with business units, customers, and engineering teams to understand and implement upgrades and changes to the ITSM tool

Required
A very solid understanding of ITIL model/framework
Experience working on the backend of an ITSM tool / Ticketing System
Ability to create dashboards, reports, changes, and upgrades with an ITSM tool (i.e. Ivanti, ServiceNow, etc.)
Ability to gather and understand requirements from customers/users and implement them into the ITSM tool
Preferred
Exposure to Ivanti
Scripting experience - SQL / Python / PowerShell
Exposure to the utilities industry
