Hold supply chain, contributors, and stakeholders accountable to meet deliverables.
Communicate changes or potential issues to stakeholders.
Create and maintain project estimates and financial summaries.
Utilize current Estimate Template and financial Summary Templates.
Maintain sold-on margins and communicate variances to stakeholders.
Create and maintain quality plans.
Utilize current Quality Plan Template.
Ensure that finished projects meet or exceed defined quality expectations.
Complete all deliverables in the PORTER project process.
Communicate updates to all stakeholders including clients.
