Responsibilities

Provide email assistance to prospects and exhibitors, including Outlook calendar management, campaign list upload, minor copywriting, and communication with the designer.

Send post-show surveys to exhibitors, compile data research and survey results, and identify year-over-year trends.

Update websites with sales collateral and messaging based on yearly survey data.

Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Show Managers to create prospecting campaigns based on individual show needs.

Pull email reports, analyze open rates, click-thru reports, and provide relevant data to show managers and teams.
