Responsibilities

Assist Sales and Marketing department in developing marketing materials, including sell sheets, price lists, brochures, etc.

Prepare presentations for customer and supplier meetings, sales promotions.

Prepare reports analyzing, and summarizing research data; prepare status reports on sales and marketing efforts.

Organize the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing and sales resources.

Coordinate event participation for trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.

Required

1+ years of experience, with strong marketing or internships will be considered.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, will also consider Bachelor’s degrees in other business or chemical related fields such as chemistry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Photoshop a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Creative problem solver, possesses the know how to get things done.
