Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into detailed business requirements.

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement using Accuterm.

Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

Configure and maintain Accuterm applications to meet business requirements.

Ensure the system is optimally set up and used, aligning with best practices and industry standards.

Manage system upgrades, patches, and customizations in collaboration with the IT team.

Required

Experience with Accuterm software as an analyst or other terminal emulation software

Strong SQL Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably with Accuterm or other terminal emulation software

Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements

Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
