Responsibilities
Manage Early Stage (ES) Process: Oversee the ES process for High Voltage Transmission and Substation projects, coordinating and supporting resources through pre-construction activities;
Coordinate Project Activities: Handle project activities such as scope definition, budget, schedule, procurement, engineering, permitting, and land;
Develop Project Plans: Assist in developing project plans and scope definition with an emphasis on constructability, costs, and schedule;
Multidisciplinary Team Coordination: Coordinate teams from Development, Land, Environmental, Procurement, Legal, Engineering, Operations, Interconnection support, etc;
Prepare RFP Documentation: Prepare detailed Request for Proposal documentation to competitively source, select, and contract outside engineering and construction services;
Support Estimating Team: Provide scope and assumptions to support the Estimating team in delivering financial model inputs;
Represent E&C Interests: Represent E&C’s interests on assigned projects, present and brief on current progress, issues, and risk mitigation in meetings with various levels of management.

Required
Experience in managing large-scale (>$100MM) projects
Excellent project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effectively balance scope, schedule, and costs on an ongoing basis. Manages change and ensures that all team members are aligned
Availability to travel approximately 25% of the time
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
Preferred
PMP Certification
Experience with large-scale high-voltage transmission and substation projects with a strong bias for action-oriented performers having solid business/commercial acumen
