Responsibilities
Collaborate and Conquer: Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to define and document data/reporting requirements, ensuring smooth communication flow.
Bridge the Gap: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and our broader organization, translating program matters into actionable data insights.
Team Player: Work with program partners to test and validate data, ensuring accurate and impactful reporting.
Data Guardian: Safeguard data integrity by identifying and implementing business rules/processes in collaboration with the Data Warehouse team.
Program Support: Participate in program implementation meetings to provide data-driven insights throughout the program lifecycle.
Regulatory Guru: Assist with regulatory and bureau reporting, demonstrating your industry know-how.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar discipline.
3+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong command of SQL. Ability to do validations and experience handling data.
3+ years in the insurance industry, well-versed in its concepts, practices, and procedures. (BONUS POINTS for Property & Casualty)
Strong analytical skills coupled with exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
Thrive in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines with limited supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring requirements and criteria are crystal clear.
