Responsibilities
Coordinate graphic process for all packaging formats
Use software to perform photo editing for marketing materials, sales presentations, website, email marketing, newsletters, and social media
Maintain, update, and publish customer pricing as needed
Collaborate with the sales team to provide creative sales presentations
Plan trade shows and coordinate requirements
Implement marketing campaigns by analyzing sales data, planning promotional presentations, and managing the campaign calendar
Assist with broker-related marketing campaigns and duties including website and email marketing
Develop and distribute promotional materials
Research competitive products and maintain competitor databases
Support Sales Executives, Marketing Director, and New Product Development Manager
Generate creative marketing and social media content
Support new marketing programs and manage product on e-commerce websites
Accomplish organizational goals and explore opportunities to add value
Manage and organize shared marketing and sales drives
Update content for various online platforms

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously
Must be task oriented with a high attention to detail
Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner
Able to communicate with executive level personnel
Demonstrated Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Project management experience delivering projects from ideation to execution
Success in a collaborative and creative environment
4-year degree in Business/Marketing and/or relevant experience
3 + years of experience working with a sales team preferably in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment
Sit for extended periods of time, ability to type, talk and communicate, visual ability to use a computer, move around facility, occasional lifting and bending
