Account Executive

Responsibilities
Will manage a wide range of projects including digital, social, CRM, and production in conjunction with Account Supervisor
Will serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients for day-to-day needs and communication
Consult with creative, strategy/planning, production, and account management to communicate client objectives and develop alternative strategic solutions
Develop schedules for client projects in conjunction with other departments and ensure deadlines are met
Own and manage the medical, regulatory, and legal submission process through Veeva including submission preparation, uploading, referencing, and annotating
Keep relevant agency personnel informed of client requests and changes
Review all strategic and creative work prior to submitting to the client for review and approval
Coordinate with internal departments and external agency partners to ensure all media deadlines and flighting schedules are accurate and strategically aligned
Manage client and internal billing process, including estimating, tracking POs, actuals vs. estimated costs, and ensuring client invoices are submitted and paid timely
Present to internal and client audiences as appropriate
Responsible for managing, updating, and distributing client-facing status documents, collaborating with project managers to ensure internal-facing status documents are accurate
Responsible for capturing notes and sending recaps after all internal and client meetings
Participate and support new business assignments as needed

Required
2-3+ years of experience in marketing, including TV/video, print, digital, CRM, and social media
Proven track record of maintaining client relationships
Pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience
