Responsibilities

Maintain and manage all law firm and legal vendor agreements and related law firm information

Support the implementation and periodic updating of policies and procedures relating to legal vendor performance

Collect and analyze data to identify and drive ongoing improvement to programs, policies, and procedures

Create reports and processes to evaluate production activities and outside legal spend

Collaborate with business partners to develop playbooks and processes to implement data-driven strategies to manage expenses and monitor internal and external resource performance

Maintain updated information on internal platforms to support departmental objectives and provide technical and training support

Provide support for law firm audit processes

Provide support for legal vendor relationship management

Distribute litigation performance reports to Claims directors and other appropriate stakeholders

Lead ad-hoc research and other projects

Lead departmental and organizational projects
