Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the private practice and SMB healthcare sectors.
Utilize ZoomInfo, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Aircall, and other tools to manage cadence, pipeline creation, and deal flow effectively.
Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics to optimize the sales process and achieve goals.
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and financial objectives.
Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
Work closely with Product team to identify strategies for incorporating and marketing market feedback into product offerings.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of proven success in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare technology or related fields.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in ZoomInfo, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Aircall, and other sales tools for efficient cadence management and pipeline development.
Ability to analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions and proposals.
Preferred
Prior experience in healthcare technology, medical software, or related industries preferred.
Familiarity with front office operations and practice management systems is advantageous.
Comfortable with business development activities including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.
Willingness to collaborate closely with the Founding team and stakeholders, contributing to strategic initiatives and representing the company professionally at conferences and client meetings.
