Responsibilities
Manage consistent workflow of creative deliverables, executing top-notch creative on time and according to request
Collaborate with internal marketing department + key stakeholders to translate creative requests into final creative vision
Independently manage project timelines + milestones to ensure on-time delivery of projects
Partner with Creative Director on larger design initiatives where needed
Support pipeline of work by providing design services on template refreshes, layout updates and other creative revisions

Required
Associates degree or higher in graphic design or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum of 2+ years’ work experience in an internship, freelance or full-time capacity
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office + G-Suite products/services
Demonstrated ability to be creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several projects at once
Pro-active approach to asking questions, seeking clarification + researching new approaches
Partner in establishing + maintaining design best practices
Innovative self-starter who can be relied on to complete tasks under tight deadlines
Preferred
Photography and/or videography skills a plus
Web design and webpage editing a plus
