Responsibilities

Conduct technical discovery to understand existing social attribution methods and document findings.
Design, develop, and implement statistical models for social media attribution.
Translate tools and methodologies into production-ready code using Google Cloud Platform services.
Create dashboards for visualization of model accuracy and results using tools like Google Data Studio.
Perform ad hoc data analysis leveraging various social data platforms and internal sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven insights with business objectives.

Required

Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or Bachelor's degree with significant experience)
3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
Strong proficiency in Python (including libraries like pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL
Experience with machine learning algorithms and a solid understanding of statistical analysis
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Analytics is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

Prior experience with social media attribution modeling or econometrics/MMM
Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform products (DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google Ads, etc.) and social media analytics software (Sprinklr, Brandwatch or other Social Listening software)
