Responsibilities
Outbound Digital Promotional: Build marketing emails and drip campaigns, including testing, QA, and criteria validation. Develop trigger-based emails to support lifecycle communications for prospects and clients. Maintain analytics and key metrics
Graphic Design: Graphic design production for email communications, event promotion, social media, promotional materials
Event & Conference Production: Manage multiple project streams within events, including venue sourcing, fulfillment of sponsorship benefits, and involvement in overall project management. Experience managing F&B, hotel contracts, networking events and budgeting/expense management
Social Media: Lead social media marketing, including the copywriting and design for social media posts; Manage comments and tags
Webinar Production: Develop comprehensive webinar calendar, including setting the strategy, determining content and topics, developing visual aids/charts, scheduling guests, creating the promotional campaigns, executing the webinar via hosting software, tracking leads, etc.
Website: Update the company’s website based on the editorial calendar, current promotional events, and other opportunistic improvements. Manage the gated content and connected forms with Salesforce.com. Support the company’s SEO and PPC efforts
Brand Management and Presentation Development: Develop and update marketing presentations and collateral to support ongoing freshness of materials and message
New Business Development: Develop campaign lists and marketing list optimization. Develop marketing dashboards to assimilate key performance indicators and identify ongoing areas of opportunity
Pardot Marketing Tool Management - Segmentation list management, troubleshooting, lead score, drip campaign(s) buildout
Vendor Management – Marketing Technology, Event and Design Partner Liaison
Thought Leadership, Reports & Survey Development Support

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent experience
4-10 years of marketing experience; passionate about continuous learning in marketing
Experience in Pardot/SFDC Marketing Automation Tool or equivalent email marketing system, Salesforce, and website CMS
Track record of leading or supporting successful in-person and virtual events
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Adept at data analysis and reporting
Extremely strong attention to details
Highly organized and strong project management
Self-starter with ability to prioritize
B2B marketing experience within financial services
Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office (including PPT), and Zoom; Knowledge of Dropbox a plus.
Ability to work independently and proactivity in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work environment; Must have a designated professional workspace
Willingness to work outside regular business hours as needed
Travel is required to bi-annual company conferences and annual team offsite meeting
Knowledge of wealth management industry / financial services space
Canva or Adobe Illustrator Design acumen
Webinar management tools (Zoom webinar)
