Senior Brand Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual and long-range plan along with financial targets. Establish business objectives, strategies, and execution guidelines.
Lead brand equity development and consumer targeting strategies. Develop brand architecture, value propositions, positioning, and tone of voice.
Create channel-based strategies and content in conjunction with the Sales department. Develop shopper marketing programs to support launches, campaigns, and in-store activations.
Partner with the innovation team to ensure alignment with growth strategy. Foster relationships with various departments to lead commercialization projects.
Apply business analytics to drive strategy and execution. Provide ad-hoc and strategic guidance across key company initiatives and special projects.

Required
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills to internal/external partners. Experience creating and delivering presentations to key business stakeholders.
Consumer centric & growth mindset.
Experience in agency management & cross-functional team management; a connector who can work collaboratively.
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Experience with syndicated databases: i.e. Nielsen, Circana (IRI), SPINS.
Experienced in shopper panel databases: i.e. Numerator, Nielsen, Circana (IRI), and/or loyalty card platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
5-7 years’ experience in a strategic marketing role; CPG experience preferred.
