Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive test cases (manual and automated) to identify and report bugs and errors across websites and applications.
Work closely with team members to develop effective testing strategies and plans, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct thorough post-release testing to guarantee a smooth user experience after launch.
Create and refine QA processes for both clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent quality standards.
Research and adapt to new testing tools and technologies, staying at the forefront of the QA industry.
Analyze website specifications, technical requirements, content needs, and visual design briefs to identify potential issues before development.
Review, respond to, and assign incoming help desk trouble tickets, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
Embrace agile methodologies and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Oversee weekly website maintenance procedures and leverage automation tools to streamline testing processes.

Required
Experience with agile projects and a solid understanding of QA methodologies.
The ability to document meticulously and troubleshoot errors, ensuring clear communication with developers.
Familiarity with popular testing tools (e.g., Bugzilla, BrowserStack, LambdaTest, Email on Acid).
A strong aptitude for learning new technologies and software quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
A keen eye for detail with a strong analytical mind and problem-solving approach.
Superior organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred
Experience with API testing.
Knowledge of accessibility testing best practices.
