Responsibilities

Own individual product areas from concept to launch to optimization; ensuring roadmap alignment with the organization’s vision.

Prioritize problems/opportunities and work collaboratively with UX Design and Technology partners.

Identify opportunities to validate product direction through user feedback collection, testing, and experiments.

Conduct user research to validate or assess Guest, Team Member, and Nation Member expectations.

Collaborate with Analytics partners to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of digital products.

Build, edit, and manage the product discovery backlog clearly articulating epic level user stories.

Partner with development partners to refine and plan ceremonies to identify scope for epics and sprints.

Required

Experience in product management where you have demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams

Skilled at socializing business opportunity at all levels of the organization through written documentation, compelling presentations, and data-driven opportunity analysis

Sizing and prioritizing digital opportunities based on estimated impact, ease of implementation, and potential downside risk

Must have technical knowledge or experience with a software development life cycle that is based on agile methodology

Flexible, adaptable, creative, driven and known to value and support diversity

Ability to communicate complex and detailed information in an organized and consumable format

Capable of and comfortable with working closely with all levels of the organization to develop product strategy and have the ability to build relationships, be persuasive and influential within and across immediate working groups

Have a keen understanding of the techniques and methods of modern digital product design, development, and delivery

Highly skilled at reading data to analyze the performance of digital features and processes and are proudly hands-on with data and technology tools

Strong execution skills and capable of rallying a working team behind a vision

Demonstrates curiosity about your stakeholders (internal and external) and competitive landscape to help drive continuous improvement

Team player, who takes accountability, and focuses on delivering results with high standards through your ability to 'get things done'

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience

7+ years experience delivering and optimizing Guest-facing digital experiences as a product manager (inclusive of driving product vision, go to market strategy, facilitating design discussions and competently working with technical teams)

Hospitality and Gaming experience is a plus, experience leveraging technology to solve Guest-facing problems is a must
