Responsibilities
Data Collection and Preparation:
Efficiently gather and clean data from diverse sources, including Oracle databases and internal systems.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous validation and transformation processes.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
Utilize Tableau to craft visually compelling dashboards and reports that elucidate key trends and insights.
Conduct thorough data analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Reporting and Communication:
Generate routine reports and custom analyses tailored to stakeholder needs.
Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Process Enhancement:
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline data workflows and enhance data quality.
Identify automation opportunities using Alteryx (desirable).

Required
1-6 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Proven ability to develop impactful dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop or Tableau Server
Strong command of SQL for querying and manipulating data within Oracle databases
Demonstrated capability in analyzing complex datasets to derive actionable insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Preferred
Familiarity with Alteryx for data blending, preparation, and automation
Basic proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and automation tasks
Understanding of statistical methods and their application in data analysis
