Responsibilities

Drive development, coordination, and delivery of regional sustainability learning programs with key business line audiences across JLL

Manage stakeholders, align for projects, act as POC for business line learning needs, and share best practices

Develop new programs with instructional designers and business stakeholders, including creating briefs, script writing, and filming

Deep understanding of sustainability L&D programs, existing content, and resources

Own project plans and management

Engage, excite, and motivate learners to learn and embed new skills in their work

Monitor & track performance metrics, leverage workforce analytics, and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations

Facilitate live learning sessions both virtually and face to face
