Responsibilities

VoIP Phone configuration and Implementation

Assist in the design, deployment, and configuration of VoIP Phones

Collaborate with senior engineers, and On-Boarding teams to integrate VoIP solutions into existing customers network infrastructure

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to VoIP systems promptly

Provide technical support to end-users and address service interruptions in a timely manner

Working understanding of phone configuration parameters and files

Monitor and analyze network traffic to optimize Quality of Service for VoIP applications

Implement measures to ensure efficient and high-quality VoIP communication

Implement security measures to safeguard VoIP systems against potential threats

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to VoIP communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to the development of scalable VoIP solutions

Communicate effectively with team members, management, and end-users to convey technical information clearly
