Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication. Provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships and ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and issues.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations, particularly in medical device or plastics manufacturing.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints. Report financial performance to senior management regularly.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in medical device or plastics manufacturing industries
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices in medical device or plastics manufacturing sectors
Preferred
PMP or equivalent certification
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
